Mr. Helmut Becker studied law at the University of Bielefeld, Technical University Dresden  and the Charles University of Prague (Czech Republic) and successfully completed his legal studies with the first  legal state exams and Master of Laws (LL.M.).

During his time as junior lawyer, which he successfully completed (Second legal state exams) he worked among others at the prestigious Center for Comparative and Foreign Law Studies in Rome (Italy), a joint venture of the Italian National Research Council, the University of Rome, La Sapienza and the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT). As part of his studies, he focused on international and national business law, finance, marketing and human resources management together with individual and collective labor law.

As a HR Director and legal corporate professional (lawyer), he has worked in US listed companies (NASDAQ) and German companies (large and medium-sized companies). He has many years of experience as HR Leader and HR Manager in the following industries: wholesale, retail, manufacturing, banking and financial services as well as health care industries.

He completed his Executive Management, Leadership and Personal Development studies at the national and internationally renowned Technical University Munich - TUM School of Management, which he successfully completed in 2017 with the title "Master of Business Administration" (MBA). He studied the areas of Finance & Accounting, Marketing & Corporate Communications as part of his MBA studies at the cooperating University of St. Gallen (Switzerland).
